Creamy Karak Chia Pudding – No Sugar

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 Tropicana Slim Sugar-Free Drink Karak Tea Classic sachet
  • 2 tbsp Tropicana Slim Sweetener Stevia (or adjust to taste)
  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut (optional)
  • Fresh berries or nuts for topping

Directions

Directions:

  1. Heat almond milk in a small saucepan over low heat. Add the Karak Tea sachet and let it steep for 5 minutes. Remove the sachet and let the tea cool slightly.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the brewed Karak tea, Stevia sweetener, cinnamon, and vanilla extract.
  3. Stir in the chia seeds and shredded coconut. Mix well to prevent clumping.
  4. Pour the mixture into a jar or bowl. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  5. Once thickened, give it a good stir. Top with fresh berries or nuts before serving.
