Crunchy Sugar-Free Granola – So Easy to Make!

Ingredients

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • ½ cup almonds (chopped)
  • ¼ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 2 tbsp Tropicana Slim Sweetener Stevia
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
  • 2 tbsp Tropicana Slim Arabic Sweets Syrup with Stevia
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix oats, almonds, coconut, Stevia sweetener, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together melted coconut oil, Stevia syrup, and vanilla extract. Pour over the dry ingredients and mix well.
  4. Spread the mixture out evenly on the baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway, until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Let it cool down completely before storing in an airtight container of your choice. Enjoy with yogurt, milk, or as a snack!
